We are mainly doing the medical uniforms and workwear uniforms and some medical equipments.For uniforms,including scrubs,lab coats and nursring uniforms and work jacket, work pant,work suits, coverall, bib pants,FR coverall,etc. For medical equipemt, including wide range of medical equipment and medical products such as high-frequency electric  generator, oxygen machines, surgical instruments, surgical beds and trolleys,etc.

3.Q: CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY OWN DESIGN AND BRAND LOGO?

A: Sure. We offer OEM and ODM full solution service,we have our own design department, if you haven't your own designer, you can just send us the styles you want, then we can make the styles with your brand logo,no matter heat transfer or embroidery logo, or customized tags and packing cartons etc.

4.Q: WHAT ABOUT THE MOQ? 

A: For supporting our customer with business starting up, we can provide MOQ 200pcs per style in our own factory and cooperative factory, we have our own fabric factory in China, which save time and cost. We also have some product in stock which has no MOQ requirement.

5. Q: HOW LONG IS THE SAMPLE PRODUCTION TIME AND BULK ORDER LEAD TIME?

A: sample time is usually 7-10 days after the order is confirmed. bulk order lead time depend on order quantity and production schedule. for example 5000pcs medical scrubs, we are able to finish in 15-20 days.

7.Q: WHAT IS THE PAYMENT METHOD AND SHIPMENT?

A: we strongly recommend payment through alibaba trade assurance order platform so you are fully protected. usually we need 30%-50% down payment before production and balance payment before shipment.

For smaller order, we suggest shipment by express courier such as FEDEX, UPS,DHL etc. for big order, we suggest by air and by sea. we can use customer's designated logistics shipping and we can use our own logistics shipping if customers don't have their own shipping agent.
